Physical security providing

At the request of the client security guards are ready to guarantee safety of object 24 hours per day, they can be dressed either in plain clothes (a dark suit), or in a uniform (black trousers, a dark blue sweater with stripes, a dark blue shirt, a black tie).

Our guards are equipped with special means and in case of need - are armed, they are supplied with a communication facility.uniform

On each protected object is appointed the supervisor of object and the grown-up of the changes which are keeping in contact with administration of object and with responsible persons of firms, taking place on territory of object on questions of safety.

The duty manager carries out regular checks on our guards within twenty-four hour period about what makes records in on duty magazine. During checks in case of need he advises on questions of a safety of object and on organizational questions.

In case of any extraordinary situation the firm " BASK Apsardze " provides a mobile reaction group to assist our guards and clients.

Main principle of our activity is granting qualitative security services and an individual approach to each client. For maintenance of it the firm " BASK Apsardze " has developed a system of managing personnel which contains several precisely developed and implemented procedures:

•  Selection of the personnel –the firm carry out selection of employees on the basis of specially worked out system which includes check of all candidates with the help of psychological tests, their level of knowledge in the field of security activity and legal issues is determined, checking of references and previous education and employment.
