Our firm has developed a system of personnel management which contains a several precisely developed and implemented procedures:

•  Selection of the personnel –the firm carry out selection of employees on the basis of specially worked out system which includes check of all candidates with the help of psychological tests, their level of knowledge in the field of security activity and legal issues is determined, checking of references and previous education and employment.

•  Labour relations - studying of interactions between separate employees and the groups of employees; the analysis of the factors promoting occurrence of disputed and stressful situations; a culture of work.
